Efs Electronic warrants this device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified period of time.
The person making the guarantee agreement agrees to the terms of this contract
1-This document applies to the TV / Mobile / Appliances product groups in current price lists. An additional warranty procedure can not be applied to old models that are not included in price lists, even if they are newly purchased.
2-Additional warranty devices cover an additional (1) year period from the expiration of the warranty period of the (1) year provided.
3-Consumables and accessories of the device. The mechanical and electronic components required for the operation of the equipment are under the guarantee of our company.
4-Spare parts, labor and road fees will not be charged for the faults that are covered by the warranty.
5-The technical determination to be applied for the removal of the fault belongs to my company completely.
6-Repair location The place where the appliance is used is determined by the home / workshop and our shape service.
7-The guarantee is invalid if the intervention on the document, the guarantee label on the device is removed or it is interfered.
8 - (1) year warranty period after the expiration of the warranty can benefit from additional damage to the device and the additional warranty document is required to present. Consumers are obliged to keep these documents securely throughout the warranty period.
9-Additional warranty, hotel laundry and similar workplace and products purchased for commercial use is not applicable. Even if applied, it loses its validity.
10- In case of failure of the product within the warranty period, the period of repair will be added to the warranty period.
11- The spare parts and labor costs of technical failures arising during the warranty period are valid. External surface deformations (rusting, warping, cracking, breakage, etc.) are not subject to additional warranty in this regard.
12-The product can not be exchanged or recalled due to failures which may occur during the warranty period. (Except for the possibility of failure to repair the device or the spare parts required for repair)
